Santa Cesarea Terme (LE) - Salento - Puglia

Its thermal waters, with salsoiodic and sulfurous properties, flow from four natural cavities at a temperature of around 30 degrees... #tuttitaly

Besides being one of the most enchanting places in the world, Santa Cesarea Terme is a small town of three thousand inhabitants. Located 48 km south of Lecce, at 56 meters above sea level, it includes the hamlets of Vitigliano and Cerfignano. It stands on a Giant sea cliff, watching the Canale d'Otranto.

In the town, you can admire beautiful villas built by the nobles of the area at the end of the nineteenth century and a slight green hill where olive groves and vineyards grow.

Walking through the streets, you will experience the feeling of being in a country of other times, thanks also to the elegant houses that seem to make it so.

However, Santa Cesarea Terme owes its fame to its thermal waters with salsoiodic and sulfurous properties.

These flow from four natural cavities at a temperature of 30 degrees.

Tourists are welcomed during the summer holidays along a stretch of coast with a breathtaking cliff, so much so that for lovers of the genre, it is one of the fascinating tourist destinations in Puglia.
