Montefioralle - Fraction of Greve in Chianti (FI) - The most beautiful villages in Italy - Tuscany

Once in Montefioralle, we completely fell in love with this jewel full of narrow streets that make you feel like you are inside a labyrinth, but at every corner make, you discover something new, a detail that takes you back in time.

Each photo taken looked like a postcard.

This village retains a medieval atmosphere, and perhaps its charm will also be due to the alleged house of Amerigo Vespucci, who gave the name to America.

To attract our attention, these ancient walls and these decorations are in harmony with each other. It is a colorful, flowery village ... which makes you feel alive and, simultaneously, makes you want to stop and meditate on how much abundance surrounds you.

For the first time, I got to see the Maracuja plant live, and beware: if you go to Montefioralle and see this particular flower that almost acts as a decoration on a wall, don't ignore it.

We thought it was not edible, but doing some research online, we discovered that that was the Maracuja plant, so we missed the opportunity to taste it. (you can find some images on "google photos" by clicking the link below).

If you decide to tour Tuscany or don't know where to spend a Sunday and are looking for a bit of beauty to please your eyes, Montefioralle Village is the perfect solution.
