Cartoe Beach - Dorgali (NU) - Gulf of Orosei - Sardinia
A little corner of unspoiled paradise. Cala Cartoe is characterized by very thin and transparent sand, bathed by an emerald green sea, crystalline and low for over 300 m.
Cala Cartoe is a romantic beach characterized by the dense Mediterranean scrub typical of Sardinia.
The centuries-old oaks near the beach, the extraordinary hills, and no construction altering the landscape.
The beach is equipped with parking and a refreshment point.
Cala Cartoe is known because, in the 70s, it was one of the settings for the famous film by Lina Wertmuller, entitled: Overwhelmed by an Unusual Fate in the Blue August Sea.
