The panoramic balcony on the Mastlé / Col Raiser is one of the two UNESCO Dolomites panoramic balconies in South Tyrol. These offer us a particularly fascinating view of the mountain. They illustrate the extraordinary nature of the Dolomites with their geological and landscape characteristics.
There are two panoramic balconies of this type in South Tyrol; one is located in Dobbiaco, on Mount Specie, while the other stands in the Puez-Odle Nature Park in Santa Cristina, Val Gardena.
Situated on the Mastlé/Col Raiser alpine pasture at 2,200 meters above sea level, this splendid terrace offers a breathtaking view of the alpine world of the Dolomites and was built entirely on the model of the Dobbiaco prototype, with a strong focus on eco-sustainable construction. Considering the compassionate context, a balcony was closely linked to the surrounding environment.
The steel structure was filled on-site with existing soil and rock material. In the center, you will find the list of visible peaks.
