About 150 years ago, a Refuge was built at the foot of the Odle group. Initially, it served as a kitchen for the mountain pasture. Around the sixties, this beautiful hut began to attract the attention of many tourists and hikers and became an actual activity for the Runggaldier family.

And as the requests for hospitality increased, in 2003, the new Troier hut was built, and the old refuge was demolished in the same year.

This place not only pleases adults but is also very popular with children who, in addition to the play area, can have fun petting and feeding the animals in the zoo.
