The Torre di Piscinnì has a lunar scenery on its left: An old tuff quarry has fascinatingly transformed the place, while on its right, it is possible to enjoy the beautiful and uncrowded beach of Cala Segreta... #tuttitaly
The Tower of Pixinni (Piscinnì), probably built between the 16th and 17th centuries by the Spaniards, was built with limestone and granite rocks. It stands on a promontory, dominating a wild and suggestive landscape.
La Cala, which takes its name from the Tower, although part of the Municipality of Domus de Maria, is set between the two of the most splendid and famous jewels of Teulada:
the earthly paradise of Tuerreda and the beautiful coves of Capo Malfatano.
The beach is particularly fascinating and little known. The white sand plunges into excellent crystalline waters that take on shades of green and turquoise.
Going to the right, along the rocks, you can access the sandy bottom with emerald-colored water just over 1 m high. A real show!
Being a little frequented, this place is still unspoiled. You will be delighted by the crystal clear water, the enchanting landscape, and the sound emitted by the birds, making the experience even more memorable.
The sea, constantly whipped by the wind, is popular with surfers and kitesurfers.
This place is worth a visit and a stop for a whole day!
