La Caletta is a long and wide beach that starts from the small seaside village of the same name, a fraction of Siniscola and extends for 5 km of golden and soft sand, occupying almost half of the total 12 km of fine sand of the coast.
La Caletta, surrounded by a pine forest, is almost contiguous with the San Giovanni di Posada beach.
These two are interrupted by the modern tourist port full of services: sailing, surfing and diving school, equipment rental, and departures for excursions by boat or raft.
Since the wind often whips the sea, the beach is equipped for water sports.
