We certainly would not have been lucky enough to discover this wonderful place, called Carpinone, if the hotelier where we stayed in Termoli had not recommended it.

So much he insisted that we had to make a slight detour, even if it wasn't planned. And here we are, open-mouthed in front of a magnificent natural landscape, and still minor known.

In the heart of a tiny village stands the Carpino waterfall, one of the fascinating spectacles of nature.

Once at our destination, we are speechless in front of so much pristine splendor. To get there, we must cross a path immersed in an enchanted forest and a floral nature. As soon as we take the way, we are permeated by the roar of the water that falls downwards incessantly.

But it is only thanks to a group of volunteers that the waterfall is becoming one of the major natural attractions of Molise. For some years, they have been taking care of its appearance to make it accessible to everyone.

The direct contact with nature, the clean air, and the sight of remarkable floral species raise the vibrations and make you feel a sense of deep peace.

Several visitors rejoiced in front of so much beauty, and the temptation to stop and meditate a little longer was significant for us. We had to continue, but the moments spent next to the waterfall remained etched in our minds and hearts.
