Cala Pira beach - Castiadas (SU) - Sardinia

A small bay framed by dunes covered with fragrant junipers made even more beautiful by the austere shape of the Aragonese tower that dominates a very transparent sea... #tuttitaly

Cala Pira beach - Castiadas (SU) - Sardinia

Halfway between Villasimius and Costa Rei, in the territory of Castiadas, is Cala Pira, a 400-meter-long arc of sand.

The thin white sand, the turquoise sea, and the dunes covered with secular juniper trees make Cala Pira one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia.

The almost always calm sea and the gently sloping seabed make this beach suitable for families with children.

An Aragonese tower is perched on the promontory to the north, while behind it, the peaks of the Parco dei Sette Fratelli rise, an ideal setting for relaxing walks.
