Jewel of the north-eastern coast of the island: a half-moon five kilometers long of soft white dunes, bathed by a crystalline sea and covered with centuries-old junipers, which form curious natural huts... #tuttitaly
The beautiful Sardinia, the ideal destination for anyone looking for recreation and relaxation in a unique natural context in the world, is full of beaches surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, bathed by transparent waters, such as Berchida, whose white sand slopes gently into the crystalline waters has conquered us, so much to choose to return several times during our vacation.
Berchida Beach was elected in 2009 as the most beautiful coast in Italy and holds the prestigious Green Flag, assigned by pediatricians to the seaside resorts recommended for child tourism.
Access to the beach is free, but there are also a series of paid services provided by two small bathing establishments: sunbeds, umbrellas, canoes, and pedal boats for short excursions on the crystal-clear waters where you can admire countless fish species.
There are also small kiosks used as refreshment points. In short, nothing is missing from enjoying a stay immersed in wild and unspoiled nature, between sun, sea, and clear skies.
The Berchida beach, bathed by the transparent and uncontaminated waters of the Sardinian Sea, extends for 5 km. It is surrounded by natural beauty and biodiversity, making it a unique and fascinating environment.
We take the opportunity to reach the Biderosa Oasis by walking along the beach. Here we can admire extensive wooded areas and a wide variety of native plants, as well as a large number of animal species:
numerous resident and migratory birds - including the Corsican gull, the peregrine falcon, the shrike, the tern, the pink flamingo, the partridge. This Oasis gives us the feeling of entering another world where peace reigns.
Before sunset, we return to Berchida Beach to take the last bath in its warm and crystalline waters. At this beautiful day's end, we carry an unforgettable memory.
