The Archpriest Church of San Mamante is the parish of Medicina.

As it appears today, the building is the reconstruction of the ancient fourteenth-fifteenth-century plebeian church, which took place between 1735 and 1740 by the Bolognese architect Giuseppe Antonio Ambrosi.

The church preserves valuable works inside, such as the high altar, built with bronze and gilded marble based on a design by Angelo Venturoli; an altarpiece depicting the Madonna of Guadalupe between Saints Magnus and Emidio, from the Napoleonic era; an altarpiece depicting the Blessed Virgin of the Assumption in adoration of the Holy Trinity, from the Church of Assunta;

a canvas with the Death of St. Joseph, from the 17th century; and a painting with Sant'Isidoro Agricola, a nineteenth-century work by Anna Mignani Grilli.
